In Chrome, Retail User Cannot Block Debit Card by Sliding the Toggle Button (Doc ID 2698477.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Nothing happens when users attempts to block debit card by sliding the toggle button of the desired debit card to Blocked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
A pop up window should appear with a message asking the user to confirm whether the card has to be blocked as mention in user manual https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F12056_01/um_docs/User Manual Oracle Banking Digital Experience Retail Accounts.pdf (Page 14).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Menu Select Accounts>Current & Savings> Debit Cards
2. Observe list of debit cards appear where each card has its own block/unblock switch
3. Click/Swipe switch, observe nothing happens.
