Getting 'Unsupported file type' error on Biller Onboarding Review Screen After Attaching Logo in Bill Logo Section. (Doc ID 2698518.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create new Biller from Biller Onboarding screen,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'Unsupported file type' on Biller Onboarding Review screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Admin User.
2. Navigate to Biller Onboarding screen.
3. Create a Biller by entering all the necessary details including logo attachment under Bill Logo section.
4. Click on Save button, scheduled screen will be Biller Onboarding Review screen.
