Issue with multi-language in OBDX
Some screen elements i.e. buttons do not get changed to a different language by doing changes in js files as it works for almost all the other elements on the same screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All screen elements should change to expected language on doing changes in UI js files

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create folder for specific language in obdx/resources/nls
2. translate the js files as per required in specific language
3. Check the screens
