Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Production Support-SET

While reversing IB transaction from Teller screen getting below error.

ERROR

AC-IBLCYWOT IB Currency

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Teller transaction input screen
2.Query the IB transaction
3.Try to reverse the transaction.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reverse the IB transaction.
