Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In case of soft token application, if user is adding wrong username or password and click on register, no error message is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Error Message should be displayed after clicking on Register with wrong username or password.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch soft token application on mobile
2. Enter wrong username or password
3. Click on Register
4. Issue 1: There is no error message
5. Click on Add another user
6. Enter wrong username or password
7. Click on Add
8. Issue 2: There is no error message
