Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'User id' field is accepting non-English alphabets and numerals as well (For e.g Arabic, German etc).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User id field should accept only English alphabets (a-z, A-Z) and numerals (0-9) and special characters which are allowed in the password policy.
STEPS
-----------------------
1.Login to the Internet Banking application as retail/corporate/admin user.
2.a If retail/corporate user then navigate to Customer Services -> Self Services -> Preferences.
2.b If admin user then navigate to User Management -> Modify User.
3.Enter user id having alphabets/numerals outside English language, e.g - Ö , ٨, ٩
4. The non-English characters will get accepted.
