Balances not appearing in Transaction history balances and conversion screen balances for conversion account (Doc ID 2699665.1)

After Account conversion, Navigate to conversion screen based on the xref number in delinquency information from the customer service summary screen, system fails with error. User not able to check the balances under Conversion -> Balances -> Balances. Similarly balances not appearing under customer service -> Transaction history -> Balances 

Failed to load value at index 16 with java object of type java.lang.string

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to customer service and select the account
2. Go to Transaction History -> Balances tab. Check for Balances
3. Customer service -> Delinquency information -> select x-ref number to open conversion accounts details.
4. System fails with error.

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users not able to check the conversion account details in the system.
