ACC_CURE_LETTER_GEN_DAYS_CUR is not populating the value from Instrument set up (Doc ID 2699670.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

While migrating account, ACC_CURE_LETTER_GEN_DAYS_CUR is not updated with the value from product instrument set up. Default the value is 999 is updated. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Expecting system to update the value from Product instrument set up during migration

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Prepare account file and run the batch job to process the file to populate into API tables.Make sure the product instrument is set up with cure letter gen days(e.g 9999)

2. Execute the batch job to populate the values in to ITables

3. Execute the batch job to validate the Itable entries

4. Execute the batch job to populate the records into accounts and related tables in the system for further processing

5. Check the value Cure letter generation days for the migrated account. Should populate the same value as provided in product instrument set up

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot process the account for cure letter generation as product instrument set up.
