In Report GLRPBASH system is not displaying the correct total balances in the BIP report. (Doc ID 2699674.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reports - Fixes in Balance Sheet Report GLRPBASH

After extracting the balance sheet report under GLRPBASH report screen in excel format, below issues are observed:
1. The negative balances are shown with the minus at the end of amount instead of being in front of the amount (for example 150- instead of -150).

2. The totals of Assets, Liabilities, Income, Expense and Grand total at the end do not output the correct amounts. In some of the cases it is showing the amount zero instead.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

As this report is used from Financial Users,having the negative amounts in this format makes the calculation on top of this excel file imposible. Please correct the format to -amount.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Extract the balance sheet report under GLRPBASH report screen in excel format
2. The negative balances are shown with the minus at the end of amount and
3. The totals of Assets, Liabilities, Income, Expense and Grand total at the end do not output the correct amounts.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed as this report is used from Financial Users,having the negative amounts in this format makes the calculation on top of this excel file imposible.
