On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Back dated loan||System is not firing the accounting entries for BOOK event.


Steps:
Create a back dated account.
Save and authorize the account.

System is not firing the Contingent account entries for Book event.

Debugs and Spool files uploaded in MOS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should fire accounting entries for BOOK event

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a back dated account.
2. Save and authorize the account.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, BOOK event is not having accounting entries
