In SERVICING-QUEUE ASSIGNMENT Is Not Filtering The Accounts Displayed Based On The USER Drop down (Doc ID 2699741.1)

On : 14.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accounts not listed or displayed based on the USER drop down.

In a hard-assigned queue, when user try to view the queue under CUSTOMER SERVICE > QUEUE ASSIGNMENT based on the filter specific user using the USER drop down, the filter is not working. The screen is displaying accounts assigned for other users also.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In SERVICING > QUEUE ASSIGNMENT user should able to filter the accounts based USER drop down. The screen should not display the accounts associated to other users.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Customer Service screen.
2. Move to the Queue Assignment tab.
3. Search the Hard queue assignment based on the USER Filter and the Queue assignment tab should display only the accounts associated for that user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search hard queue assignment based on the USER filter option to list accounts associated for that user.
