Processed Bulk File Does Not Display On "Transaction Dashboard" Screen (Doc ID 2700220.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bulk file shows status as completed in Bulk file view screen but the same file cannot see in the “Transactions Dashboard".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All Processed bulk files should be displayed on Transaction Dashboard Screen.  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into FCDB and navigate to Bulk File Upload transaction.
2. Upload a bulk file.
3. See the transaction status on the "Transaction Dashboard" & "Bulk File View" screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see processed file on Transaction Dashboard.
