Auto Account Closure of CASA account functionality Is Not Working (Doc ID 2700505.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is not closing the account even when the auto account closure flag is set.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should automatically close the account after the maintained number of inactive days.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the no of days of inactivity(authorized/unauthorized) allowed in the system.  

2. In sttb_automatic_process the process ACCLOSE, DORMCRIT is marked as Y for INVOKE_DURING_EOD

3. Run EOD after the no of days of inactivity (authorized/unauthorized).

4. Verify whether the account is closed after inactive days.
