FATCA and CRS Report Gets Locked for Even If No One Is Editing (Doc ID 2700795.1)

When a user gets off a report FATCA and CRS report– the current lock should be released on that report so that other users can access the report without any error.

But currently report is locked.

Goal

Reduce lock time period will help for this issue.
