On : 11.83.03.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
While creating a TD account through gateway,The system fails and throws an error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Maintain the Rate conversion parameters in CSDRTTMT.
2. Try to create a TD account using the maintained rate conversion parameters.
3. Check whether term deposit creation failed or successful.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot create term deposit using rate conversion template which results in financial loss to bank.
