CIF throwing Error invalid year while On clicking View Change inside Change log

'Invalid year, Ensure Date Input is entered as per date format 'YYYY-DD-YY

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open STDCIF
2. Check Change log
3. Screen freezes

Due to this issue, users cannot check change log.
