For Admin User, Changing the "Service Request's" Status Throws Error 'System Cannot Process The Request. Please Try Later.' (Doc ID 2701331.1)

On the 'Service Request Definition' screen when attempting to change the application status of already created Service Request from inactive to active or vice versa,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process the request. Please try later

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into application with admin user
2. Navigate to Service request in the Toggle Menu
3. Search for already created 'Service Request'
    and change 'application status' from active to inactive / inactive to active,
    click 'OK' on modal window.


There are no changes done in the environment, product, account and hardware that triggers the problem.
