Symptoms

Host Application - FLEXCUBE Retail (FCR).

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retail user who has joint account along with authorized signatory relationship (AUS) is facing below errors while trying to opening a new deposit from OBDX application.


ERROR
-----------------------
On OBDX Screen : Sorry, the deposit cannot be opened at this time.
Host Response Error : Secondary relationship is invalid for primary relationship.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail user who has joint account along with authorized signatory relationship.
2. Navigate to Dashboard > My Accounts Widget > Term Deposits > More Options > New Deposit
OR
Toggle Menu > Accounts > Term Deposits > New Deposit
3. Fill all the mandatory details > Click on Create button. > Application will throw error.
