ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Vanishing save button after visiting subsystem in LCDGUONL screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Save button should not vanish after visiting subsystem in LCDGUONL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Query LC Guarantee contract
2) click the button 'Close'
3) Visit 'Common Message Group' and click 'Cancel' button to close the subscreen.
4) Check whether button 'Save' is vanished from the screen or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Users cannot save a guarentee contract which results in financial loss to the bank.
