On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the contract which is kept on hold is unlocked and any button click for explode of interest is failing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to save a contract which was kept in hold.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to DVDTRONL screen.
2. Enter all the neccessary details and keep the contract status in hold.
3. Try to save the contract and check system is allowing or not.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Bank will have financial loss.
