ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User entered MIS details are not getting saved for SE instrument webservice in SEDTRONL screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User entered MIS details should be saved for SE instrument webservice in SEDTRONL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to SEDTRONL screen and enter all the necessary details.
2. Try to save SE instrument through 'FCUBSSecuritiesService CreateSecInstrument' operation.
3. Check system is not considering the user provided MIS values in the request XML or not.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Bank will have financial loss.
