Symptoms

PC - SYSTEM is not allowing to reject a contract if the BIC is Invalid (PAIN001 & PAIN008)

User is having an issue with transactions coming from a PAIN001 and a PAIN008 which have an invalid BIC.

The contract does not resolve the Product and therefore the transaction cannot be rejected

Simulation Steps :
1. Perform a transaction from PAIN001 or PAIN008 with Invalid BIC
2. Contract does not resolve the product and does not reject the transaction
