Symptoms


When attempting to "Apply debit card" with authentication set to OTP, there is an error "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." on screen.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login with obdx user. Make sure that OTP is enabled for this transaction.
2. "Apply Debit Card".
3. Fill the details and submit the request.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot apply the debit card request when OTP is enabled.
