LC import contract tag 53A is not generated in MT707 under AMNV
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LC import contract tag 53A should be generated in MT707 under AMNV
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create contract in LCDTRONL
2. do an amendment with beneficiary confirmation in LCDAMEND - during the amendment add the REB party and other addresses
3. check the generated MT707 under AMNV
4. Observe that tag 53A is not generated in MT707
