On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to initiate disbursement referred to a loan contract, which previous disbursement transaction is waiting for Authorization, the error occurs "Invalid account number"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If previous disbursement transaction is waiting for Authorization, the error should be “Account is in unauthorized status."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CLDACCNT - Create New Loan
2. CLDMNDSB - Make a disbursement. Do not authorize
3. CLDMNDSB - Make a second disbursement
4. Observe the error "Invalid account number"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot get the correct error message when attempting to initiate disbursement referred to a loan contract and if previous disbursement transaction is waiting for Authorization.
