Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When new user changes it's password and tries again to login, system again asks to change the password. This happens only for OAM authentication 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When first time new user's password is changed then user should be able to login with next time with valid credentials.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new user.
2. Login with newly created user and it will ask to change the password.
3. After changing the password, try again to login with new changed password.
4. It will redirect to change the password again.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, new users are not able to login.
