Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Authenticator app does not allow to add another user, if one user is already registered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Authenticator app should allow to add multiple users to be registered.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install authenticator and register your userid.
2. again try to register another user.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, multiple users are unable to use the same authenticator app present on one device.
