Symptoms


After application of patchset 18.3.4.0 below error is observed on click of search in Service Request >Raise New Request

“System Cannot Process the request. Please try again later”




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Retail User.
2. On the Dashboard click under the Service Request widget, click on Raise a New Request.
3. When trying to search for an existing service request or click on the displayed Service Request on the screen, an error is received “System Cannot Process the request. Please try again later”
