ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Reason INFO' on transaction SOFT DELETE USER is not displayed on screen of Admin checker


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Reason INFO' i.e reason maker provides while performing transaction of SOFT DELETE USER should be displayed on screen of Admin checker while authorisation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login as Admin maker
2) User Management and search for user to be deleted
3) Click on Channel Access –Change the status to mark user soft deleted.
4) Confirm

5) Login as Admin checker to authorized the action initiated from Admin maker (Soft Delete Users)
6) Click on pending transaction to authorize Soft Delete User and here the reason that admin maker has notes, is not displayed on the screen
