OTP Authentication Not Working In Credit Card Payment (Doc ID 2702856.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to do credit card payment with OTP enabled,  OTP screen is not displayed and Transaction is committed without OTP input


ERROR
-----------------------
NO Error however OTP screen not displayed as expected.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable 2FA OTP for credit card payment through admin user.
2. Try to do credit card payment and verify it gets completed.
3. Payment will get completed without OTP Authentication.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can do credit card payment without providing OTP .
