Symptoms

When a corporate user tries to delete an initiated funds transfer transaction, the following error occurs

ERROR
-----------------------
The system has encountered an error while processing the request

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to FCDB application with a maker user
2. Navigate to Payments and Transfers, initiate a transaction
3. Navigate to Transaction activities-->Click on an initiated transaction
4. Tick the checkbox and click delete
