Transactions are not promoted to STR module when user performs Search and Add existing transactions from the ECM UI (Doc ID 2703183.1)

Symptoms

Issue reported for Canadian STR and version is 8.0.8.0.0

User is unable to to promote transactions to CRR module when the transactions are added by using "Search Existing Entities” option from the ECM UI
1. Login to ECM and create a new case.

2. Add transactions to the case with "Search Existing Entities” option. (the data will get populated to kdd_case_trxn from FCC_trxn tables)

3. FO_TRXN_SEQ_ID column of kdd_case_trxn is populated with system generated sequence number(10 digits). 

4. Promote the case to CRR.

5. No transaction is getting promoted to CRR Application
