Search by SWIFT message type is not working in MSSOUTBR screen (Doc ID 2703804.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to query by Swift message type from MSSOUTBR, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
500 - Internal Server Error.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke MSSOUTBR.
2. Choose the message type as 199.
3. Click Search.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot search the messages properly.
