Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

 

User gets locked in case there is no login to system for the defined period as per password policy.

Also user gets locked again in case there is no login to the system in 1 day post bank administrator unlocking user


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

 

User should not get locked due to lack of login till the duration defined in policy has elapsed.

Post administrator user unlocking user,user should have a grace period of 7 days before he is locked out again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do not login to the system for the defined period as per password policy

2. Once administrator user unlocks , try to login after 1 day.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users which are locked  cannot login to system after 1 day, even if administrator  user unlocks the user.
