On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During customer creation followed by authorization, no records are getting
inserted into SYTM_STTM_CUSTOMER table.
Due to this problem, there is a mismatch in sttm_customer and oltm_customer tables.

Due to this issue, OL Contract Booking itself is failing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Records should get populated to the respective tables post authorization in order to avoid data discrepancies.
