OSTPRC_BJ_100_02 - Job for Master account statement generation processed and OSTPRC_BJ_100_01 processing the records once again (Doc ID 2704451.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Setup output statement parameter ODD_EXCL_CUST_BUSINESS_STMT =Y(TO EXCLUDE CUSTOMER STATEMENTS).

Batch job (OSTPRC_BJ_100_01)process all statements both master accounts & normal accounts. But not generating statement for master accounts.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Output statement batch job OSTPRC_BJ_100_01 should include all eligible accounts for statement generation as per the setup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Update System parameter ODD_EXCL_CUST_BUSINESS_STMT =Y

2.Execute the batch job SET-ODD2 - >OSTPRC_BJ_100_02

3.SMT_MASTER_ACC_GEN_DT should be updated  with system date only for master account

4.Check whether any records present in statement with the STM_GEN_DT =DT_MIN(01/01/1800). No records should present

5.Execute the batch job SET-ODD2 -> OSTPRC_BJ_100_01

6.SMT_MASTER_ACC_GEN_DT is updated  with system date Except master accounts

7. Check whether any records present in statement with the STM_GEN_DT = DT_MIN(01/01/1800).  No records should present


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot generate statement for all eligible accounts impacting customer service
