STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select an active account
2. Post Due date change override transaction on the account.
3. Verify the Late charge run date next

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, bank unable to process late charge on the accounts where due date change transaction is posted
