System should display the transaction date using the date format maintained in the organization setup

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Got organization setup --> Display formats
2. Add a new format and save it.
3. Process the Customer Statements Transactions Report
4. Verify if transaction date is populated correctly using the format

Due to this issue, bank cannot send the statements to the customers
