ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Commissions after GCLP are calculated from the original BG amount
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Commissions after GCLP should be calculated from the outstanding decreased BG amount.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a contract in LCDGUONL (1 000 000 czk) opened for a few days
2. trigger a GCLP event (500 000 czk)
3. do an amendment of the contract in LCDGUAMD - prolong expiry date
4. check the CLIQ event for the new commission period - it should be calculated from the outstanding amount decreased by the amount of the GCLP
