How to configure Character Replacement in INPUT Field against Special Character before Validation? (Doc ID 2705274.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Few input-characters of INPUT field are getting replaced with <BLANK> during Request Submission.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No input-characters of INPUT field must be replaced with some other character during Request Submission.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Go to "Bill Payments"
3. Choose "Register Biller"
4. While providing input to the "Nickname" filed the '&', '(', ')' characters are getting replace with .

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer want to keep such characters as part of Nickname
