FCUBS_unable to save on SMDUSRDF

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Invoke user maintenance screen through SMDUSRDF
2. Enter Query to input user name and Execute Query
3. Unlock screen
4. Add new Password
5. Click on save
