Symptoms

When attempting to download PDF in chrome browser
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Failed to load PDF document "


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced  with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Do a transfer transaction
3. Click on Receipt button to download a receipt.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download a pdf file in chrome browser.
