Symptoms

When attempting to Perform an Adhoc international Pay now transaction
the following error occurs.

System Can not process , please try again later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBdx as Corporate user
2. Perform Adhoc International Funds Transfer PAY NOW
3. Funds transfer request is sent to HOST,
4. post response , error is displayed on the screen as system can not
process, please try again later


Changes

 Working Window is Set for Normal International Transfers
