Unable to Fetch Unauthorized LS Adhoc Charge in Summary Screen LSSADCHG (Doc ID 2706672.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After saving a new charge in the screen LSDADCHG when the user go to the screen LSSADCHG and do the search with authorization status = U the system return the message Summary Query successful with no records.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Summary screen LSSADCHG should return the Unauthorized charge

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Save a new charge in LSDADCHG
2. Go to summary screen LSSADCHG and search for the unauthorized records
3. System should return the saved record

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the unauthorized record for authorization
