Unable To Perform Bulk Actions For More Than 200 Alerts (Doc ID 2706736.1)

Symptoms

Issue is when 200 alerts are select from the main alert management screen and action button is presses , then the popo ups open but it remains blank

And the following error is shown in the UMMService.log

weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool FCCMINFO to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry..
weblogic.jdbc.extensions.PoolLimitSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceLimitException: No resources currently available in pool FCCMINFO to allocate to applications, please increase the size of the pool and retry.."
