ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to open record from Instrument status summary screen || ISSINSDT

System is not allowing user to open the record from Instrument status summary screen (ISSINSDT). When user click on a record, screen becomes unresponsive and do not allow the user to process further.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should not get struck
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open the record from Instrument status summary screen (ISSINSDT)
2. Check whether the issue occurs.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed further with the transaction.
