On : 14.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

Symptoms Of The Problem:
When initiating Payment Book Transfer PBDOTONL, transactions are saved and authorized successfully, however account balances are not getting reflected and in "PBDOVIEW" Handoff status is PENDING. Accounting entry hand-off to FCUBS are failing.
