On Adhoc Domestic Payment Screen , "Payment Details" Field Is Missing (Doc ID 2707909.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Adhoc Domestic Sepa payments, there is no "payment details" field, but only the "Notes" (remarks) field.
As a result, when the payment is processed on FCUBS/OBP there are not any payment details sent from the Bank on the Network.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payment details field should be there on Adhoc payment screen so that it can be mapped to SEPA request format.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as corporate user
2. Goto Payments > Payment & Transfers > Adhoc Payment
3. Adhoc payment screen Payment details field is not there.
