When No Credit Card Mapped to System Then "My Net Worth" Widget Gives Error (Doc ID 2707930.1)

Symptoms

when retail user click on "My Net Worth" widget , it is failing with below error on UI.

Request for "/digx/v1/accounts/cards/credit?expand=ALL&locale=en" is failing with error 500.

"System cannot process the request, please try again later"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login with retail customer with no credit card mapped to it.
2) On retail user dashboard click on My Net worth - I Owe widget on the dashboard
