IADCUSAC - Account Set For Closure Is Not Working (Doc ID 2708286.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The account is not getting automatically closed even when maintenance is done to auto close the account on value date. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should close the account automatically during EOD.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch IADCUSAC screen.

2. Query the account.

3. Set the flag "Account set for closing" and provide the value date.

4. Make the account balance as zero.

5. Run EOD on the value date.

6. Verify whether the account is closed.
